The Tennessee flora and fauna assets company stated a Union County wildlife officer answered to a call from an angler who stated catching an alligator inside the Dotson Creek or Butcher hole area on Norris Lake, near the highway 33 bridge.
The wildlife officer arrived to find out the creature was indeed an alligator measuring approximately three-four feet long.
The alligator is being kept on the Little Ponderosa Zoo in Anderson County till a everlasting home can be found.
