published by Shubh on Twitter, the video suggests the driver going for walks to a tea stall to get chai for himself. His yearning for a cup of tea prompted a large jam and people can be visible honking angrily.
the driver soon realised that he has parked at the wrong spot. further within the video, the person can be seen jogging toward the automobile with a cup of tea in his hand.
A voiceover in the video says that the man ran toward Sudama tea stall, a famous tea stall on Delhi college's north campus.
