Padres broke world record for the fastest pitch

San Diego Padres All-famous person pitcher Joe Musgrove traveled to Antarctica to celebrate his thirtieth birthday and break a Guinness world report.

Musgrove, observed with the aid of fellow Padres pitcher Sean Manaea and a team from the Challenged Athletes foundation, traveled to the coldest continent in a bid to set the Guinness international document for the fastest baseball pitch thrown in Antarctica.

Musgrove's purpose became to throw an 80 mph pitch, and after some heat-u.s.a.he turned into able to exceed his aim and set the report at 86 mph on Friday, two days before he celebrated his 30th birthday in Antarctica.

The pitcher's partners from the Challenged Athletes basis, which provides aid for athletes with bodily challenges, included Landis Sims, a teenage baseball participant born without arms or toes; Roderick Sewell, the first character with double above-knee amputations to finish the Ironman world Championship; and Justin Phongsavanh, a bronze medalist at the Tokyo Paralympic games for the javelin throw.

"i'm continuously stimulated by Landis Sims and the athletes from Challenged Athletes basis who overcome their demanding situations each day to gain their goals," Musgrove stated in a announcement. "Antarctica is one of the most remote and excessive locations inside the world. I can not consider a better region to show off pushing the bounds of what's possible."
